Designed & implemented fleet management tooling and
security hardening on transport & application layers.
Focus areas: K3s, HCP Vault + Terraform, TLS, Ansible, Go, security.
TI SRE @ Google, 2015–2023
In diverse roles across three technical infrastructure teams, I enhanced
the reliability and security of large-scale systems
powering GCP products. Designed and led projects that improved the
observability of Pub/Sub and streamlined safe delivery of
monitoring and alerting configuration changes. I took an active role in
cross-team initiatives, mentoring, intern hosting and
interviewing.
Focus areas: GCP, CI/CD, incident management, release engineering,
capacity planning, automation, monitoring and alerting.
SWE + DevOps @ Tech Startups, 2009–2015
As a full-stack / back-end engineer I worked at several
early-stage startups, helping them bring up their technology
stack from scratch.
Focus areas: AWS, GCP, BLE/IoT, container orchestration, streaming
pipelines, web frameworks.

Personal interests forest
In my spare time I am building a bare-metal k8s cluster from recycled
hardware. I am also an active iNaturalist member, passionate about
exploring wildlife and mapping biodiversity.
